Accessibility at The Capitol Theatre

The Capitol Theatre is committed to ensuring an inclusive and comfortable experience for all guests. We offer a range of accommodations for people with disabilities and those with accessibility needs, all of which are based on availability.

Wheelchair & Limited Mobility Seating

The Orchestra section includes an elevated platform with designated wheelchair-accessible and limited mobility seating. These seats can be purchased through Ticketmaster or in person at our box office.

Please note: Guests who require accessible seating must hold tickets designated for that section in order to be seated there. If accessible seating is sold out and you’re unable to purchase it, unfortunately that means there are no accessible seats currently available.

If you have already purchased standard tickets and would like to request a relocation to the accessible section, please email the box office at boxoffice@thecapitoltheatre.com and include a note requesting relocation, along with your Ticketmaster confirmation number. All seating adjustments are based on availability.

Sign Language Interpretation

The Capitol Theatre offers sign language interpreters upon request for any show. Requests must be submitted in writing at least one month in advance by emailing boxoffice@thecapitoltheatre.com. All requests are subject to availability.

Sight-Impaired Seating

If you require seating accommodations due to a visual impairment, please contact boxoffice@thecapitoltheatre.com. We’re happy to assist, based on availability.

Ticket Exchanges

If you’ve already purchased tickets and need to exchange them for accessible seating, email boxoffice@thecapitoltheatre.com with your full name and Ticketmaster confirmation number.

Please note: If your tickets were purchased through a third-party reseller, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds.
