Here's a Spotify playlist featuring songs that our interns are currently listening to

When the interns are finished gathering nuts for the squirrels of The Capitol Theatre, they are working on some ridiculously fun projects that impact your experience as fans!

On March 15, 2017 we celebrated the 77th birthday of our dear friend, Phil Lesh. As a birthday surprise, we handed out over 2,000 candles to the audience members adorned with a Phil Lesh & Friends sticker. The Capitol Theatre interns helped create the beautiful landscape of candles by unpacking and hand crafting each candle with a sticker for a truly special experience.

We take birthday celebrations very seriously here at The Cap, and they are especially memorable because of the interns! On Saturday, July 22, we celebrated Marco Benevento's birthday at The Cap during Joe Russo's Almost Dead. The interns cut out and posted photos of Marco Benevento so we could all celebrate the king of the keys!

We're all about making memories at The Capitol Theatre. Whether it's ringing in The New Year with party hats and noise makers, or striking a pose at one of our many photo booths, the interns are the ones that make it happen! We wouldn't be able to do all these fun things without them. Next time you see an intern hanging up posters or handing out candles, give them a high-five and a big THANK YOU!

[gallery ids="|"] New Years Eve at The Cap! [gallery ids="|"] The interns helped create each prop used at the Photo Booth for The Capitol Theatre's showing of Long Strange Trip. [gallery ids="|"] The fun never stops at The Cap! The interns helped us create "acorn eggs" for The Great Acorn Hunt at Keller Williams' Grateful Grass on Thursday, April 20. Fans searched all around The Capitol Theatre for acorns that contained a special prize.
