COVID-19 POLICIES FOR THE ROCK AND ROLL PLAYHOUSE AT GARCIA’S

The following COVID-19 policies have been established for performances of The Rock and Roll Playhouse at Garcia’s. These policies are subject to change at any time. Please continue to check back here for updated policies before you arrive at the venue for your show.

PATRONS AGES 12 AND OVER

Must show proof of full vaccination OR a negative Covid-19 test taken within 48 hours of entry. Patrons 12 and over who cannot provide proof of vaccination or negative test results will not be granted entry.

PATRONS UNDER 12

Required to wear masks covering their mouth and nose at all times (except while eating or drinking).

PATRONS AGES 18 AND OVER

Will be required to provide an official ID either with a photo or birth date which matches the name on the proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 test result.

PATRONS IN THE FRONT ROW

All patrons sitting or standing in the front row of a performance must wear masks covering their mouth and nose at all times.

ALL PATRONS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES WHILE INSIDE THE VENUE.

ALL GARCIA’S AND PLAYHOUSE STAFF ARE FULLY VACCINATED AND WILL WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES WHILE INSIDE THE VENUE.

Full vaccination is at least two weeks following either a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or after a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Acceptable methods for providing proof of Covid-19 vaccination include: Excelsior Pass, NYC COVID Safe App, CDC Vaccination Card, NYC Vaccination Record or an official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S.

Either a negative rapid antigen test or PCR test are acceptable as proof of negative testing results. No antibody test results will be accepted.

If you or your child feels sick, has a fever, or is experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you make your health, and the health of others, a priority by staying home. There will be other shows when you’re feeling better.
