We're transforming into a jamboree of of music, vendors, food, body painting, activism awareness, and more! Check out each artist featured during Shakedown Sundays and find out how you can contribute your to a cause close to our hearts. These events are FREE so you can just turn up, tune in, and get your Sunday Funday going right!

Formula 5

Formula 5 of the Capitol Region of New York, will showcase their improvisation and instrumental skills at Shakedown Sundays at Garcia’s on Sunday, July 9. Formula 5 has made their way into the top tier of the jam band scene, performing with Twiddle, TAUK, Particle, Kung Fu, and more. Their fresh instrumental approach has earned them the title of Best Alternative Rock Band in the 2016 Post-Star Readers Poll. If you’re looking for a show full of jams of many varieties, you have to see Formula 5 at Shakedown Sundays.

Mister F

The four-piece high-energy group, Mister F, is ready to keep you moving. Described as neat and clean, and hard and dangerous, Mister F’s bold approach to blending genres is fueled by passion from both the musicians and their fans. Previously seen at music festivals like The Hudson Project, Catskill Chill, Disc Jam, and Resonance, Mister F is no stranger to dominating the stage. Flux Capacitor

Hailing from the city of Brotherly Love, Flux Capacitor comes to Garcia’s on Sunday, July 23. Their distinct, fiery sound is described as addicting with elements of rock and electronica. Since their start in 2007, Flux Capacitor has performed with artists like Umphrey’s McGee, Railroad Earth, Keller Williams, JGB with Melvin Seals, Kung Fu, and more. Winners of the 2013 and 2015 award for Jam Band of the Year at the Tri-State Indie Awards in Philadelphia, PA, Flux Capacitor’s upbeat psychedelic sounds have secured a spot in the hearts of fans across the country.

Sprocket

Brooklyn's Sprocket comes to Shakedown Sundays at Garcia’s on Sunday, July 30. Their special blend of improvisational rock music has been featured and reviewed by publications such as Jambase, Jambands, SensibleReason, Upstate Live, NYSMusic and more. Sprocket is "music for the brain, soul, and dancing shoes."

We’re coming together with Caritas of Port Chester to make a difference in the lives of the Port Chester community. A simple meal can make a difference in the lives of those in need, and together we can provide local families with meals. If you’re attending Shakedown Sundays at Garcia’s in July, we encourage you to bring non-perishable or canned foods to donate and deposit at clearly marked bins.
