George Lopez ensured The Capitol Theatre had more than its fair share of pointed, trenchant humor — ripping into routines regarding fighting crime, skewed commentary on adolescents, how not to use an IPAD, scathing views on grandmothers, sex, and trick or treating. Everything and everyone is in his line of fire and we are that much better off as a result.

Bryan Kellen's crowd at The Capitol had a lot to laugh about as he outrageously related tales of cold showers in the winter, contracting the flu, all the while contorting and twisting his body moving spastically like a constipated duck. There were howls of appreciation.
